Our homes are engineered to commercial specifications regarding wind loads, snow loads, and earthquakes.

Termites are not a problem with our homes since there is virtually no wood used.

Our walls are inherently square and plumb.  And since our walls are not made of  “green” lumber, you won’t see any “hills and valleys”, nor unsightly screws bulging through your drywall, just straight and smooth surfaces.

Our homes are substantially stronger, up to three times stronger, when built with steel, higher yet with concrete.  And because of this strength, we can free span up to, and in some instances exceed, 40 feet.  What does that mean in layman’s terms?  Your home probably will not require any interior load bearing walls, which means you can have a very open floor plan.

Our homes are quieter both from noises outside, as well as inside between rooms, especially when the interior walls are made of ThermaSteel panels.

Our steel frame and panelized construction homes typically go up much faster than conventional construction.  An average 1800-2000 square foot home can usually be completed within 60 days¹.  This can save you a considerable amount of money in interest payments on your construction loan.

All of our homes use construction materials that meet Energy Star standards, so they are more energy efficient, and that saves you money in the long run.

Even with all of these advantages, plus there are many more, you might be surprised to discover that our homes start as low as $65.00 per square foot complete²!  This includes the slab, the framing kit, metal roof, soffit and fascia, vinyl windows by AWT of Carrolton, TX, brick exterior, fiberglass exterior doors by ThermaTru, a subsidiary of Andersen Windows, insulation, electrical, plumbing, heating and air conditioning from such companies as Trane, Ruud, Rheem, and others, drywall, interior doors, flooring, kitchen and bath cabinets by Kraftmaid, paint, bathroom fixtures, and of course, the labor to get it all done!  Does it sound like it’s just too good to be true?  Well, we can do it!

We can design custom “higher end” homes as well, offering such items as custom home theater, home automation products, tankless water heaters, storm rooms, unique metal roof materials that look like Mexican clay tiles or cedar shakes, Andersen Windows and Doors, and unique exterior finishes from SureCrete, just to name a few.

Several insurance companies offer discounts ranging from 25-40% on your homeowner’s insurance when using steel or ICF construction  Allstate and Shelter Insurance are two companies in Mississippi that recognize the value of our homes.  Check with your insurance company to see how much you can save.*
